Our 30-day promise
You have 30 days from delivery to request a return or exchange on unworn, unwashed items with their original tags still attached. As long as it comes back in original condition, we’ll take care of you.
Made to order, made for you
Every AsEzArt piece is printed and produced the moment you order it — we don’t keep shelves of stock. That’s what keeps our designs fresh, and it’s why we ask one small favor: double-check your size and details before checkout. Our size guide is on every product page and takes ten seconds.
Something wrong? It’s on us.
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or it simply isn’t what you ordered, we’ll make it right at no cost to you. Just email a quick photo within 7 days of delivery and we’ll replace it or refund you — your choice. No need to ship anything back.

How to start a return
- Email us. Send your order number and what you’d like to do to support@asezart.com.
- We’ll reply fast. You’ll get return instructions and the return address within 2 business days.
- Ship it back. Pack the item with its tags. Return shipping is the buyer’s responsibility, except for damaged or incorrect items.
- Get your refund. Once we receive and inspect the item, your refund goes back to your original payment method within 7 business days.
Need a different size or color?
Exchanges start the same way — just tell us the swap you’d like when you email. Because every item is made to order, the fastest route is usually a refund on the original plus a fresh order for the size you want, and we’ll walk you through it.
